Esquimalt Tiny House

Designed and built by Little Island Woodworks in conjunction with Lys Hermanski Architecture. To be used as a secondary sweet laneway House, for max two occupants.

This was an extremely creative project and turned into a very well proportioned and functional space. Varying floor levels add interest and dynamic traffic flow and conversation placements, while well thought out design measurements create very efficient life movement through the space.

Wood and concrete used throughout as main materials, with an emphasis on exposed joinery. This space gathers lots of light and the occupants claim a very cozy and relaxed existence.
